We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the Platform:

Account data — name, email, and credentials.
Verification data — identity documents and details you submit for KYC.
Activity data — balances, transactions, trades, and support messages.
Technical & usage data — device, browser, the pages you view and how you move between them, the site or campaign that referred you, and an approximate location (country, region, and city) derived from your network connection. We do not store your full IP address for analytics.

We use your information to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify identity, provide support, send notifications you’ve enabled, keep the Platform secure, and comply with legal obligations.

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal requirements, with your consent (for example, optional notifications), and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform.

We run our own first-party analytics to understand how people find and use the Platform — for example, which pages are visited, how visitors navigate between them, which site or campaign referred them, and an approximate location (country, region, and city) derived from the network connection. This helps us improve the Platform, measure our marketing, and keep the service secure.

We do this without third-party advertising trackers and without selling your data. We use first-party identifiers stored on your device (not third-party cookies) to distinguish visits, we do not store your full IP address for this purpose, and we honor the Do Not Track browser setting — if it is enabled, we do not record your activity for analytics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating, improving, and securing the Platform (or your consent where the law requires it).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Platform (such as infrastructure and messaging providers), and where required by law or to protect users and the Platform.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal and security obligations. You may request deletion, subject to those obligations.

We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, database-level access controls, and least-privilege administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage many settings in-app or contact us to exercise these rights.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this Policy.

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
